What's new in 2.23.43
PoE 2 Reforge: loadouts, fits in Russian, no false stop when the game is slow, and no early end after a run empties an inventory column. Tier targets stop on the tier the game prints; 34 missing tiers are back; shields are an Items type. Harvest, card swaps and Fossils stop when lifeforce or a stack runs out; Tujen and scarab trip fixes. "Would this stop?" on Fossils, Harvest, Jewels, Flasks, Tinctures and Clusters. Russian tables.

What to expect
System requirements
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with Path of Exile in English or Russian (pick the same Language in the app's Settings) and in windowed or windowed-fullscreen. No Python or extra runtime needed — it's self-contained.
Administrator access
Current builds start as a normal Windows program. If you run Path of Exile as administrator, the app offers to restart with matching rights so Windows can pass its input to the game.
SmartScreen & antivirus
The build isn't code-signed, so SmartScreen may show a reputation warning. Use the installer from your account dashboard. An antivirus alert is a separate finding: we cannot declare every detection harmless. Keep protection enabled and send support the app version and exact alert before deciding whether to allow the file.
Activate & calibrate
Enter your key on first launch, accept the disclaimer, then use the Calibrate buttons so the app knows where your stash and inventory are. The setup guide walks you through it.
