Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Exiled Bench collects and why. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your account and license, and nothing about your gameplay.

What we collect

• Account details — the email address you register with and a securely hashed password. Used to sign you in and show your keys and subscription status.
• License & hardware fingerprint — when you activate the app, a one-way hash of your CPU, motherboard, and disk identifiers is stored to bind a key to one machine. This hash is not your raw hardware serials and does not identify you personally.
• Order records — the plan you bought, the amount, and a reference from the payment processor. Payment details themselves are handled by the processor, not stored by us.

What we do not collect

• We never ask for or store your Path of Exile or platform login.
• We do not read, track, or transmit anything about your characters, items, or play sessions.
• The app sends no gameplay data anywhere; automation happens locally on your PC.

Payment processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors (for example a crypto payment provider or a donation platform). Your payment method is entered on their systems and governed by their privacy policies; we receive only a confirmation and a transaction reference.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account and license records for as long as your account exists so your keys keep working. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@exiledbench.com. Deleting your account deactivates your keys.
