Troubleshooting

Start with what you see. Check the simple causes before changing your craft settings.

If clicks land in the wrong place or the run behaves unexpectedly, stop it with your configured Stop hotkey before changing anything. Keep the game in front and supervise every run.

The download is blocked or the app won't open

  1. Download the installer through your account dashboard. Keep Windows protection enabled; an antivirus detection and SmartScreen's reputation warning are different problems.
  2. Note the app version and the exact warning, including the detection name if one is shown. Send that to support before making an exception for a blocked file.
  3. Launch normally. If the game is running as administrator, the app can offer an administrator restart; you do not need to start every run elevated.
Check the download and requirements

My key is rejected or my subscription is missing

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and check that the licence is present and still active. Copy the full EB1 key; your account password is not the app's activation key.
  2. If your payment used another email, use the emailed claim link or Add a key in the dashboard. A Boosty subscription uses the dashboard's Boosty confirmation flow.
  3. If the app says the key belongs to another PC, contact support to release the old activation. A new Windows installation can count as another PC. For other errors, include the exact message without posting the key publicly.
Check your account and licence

I pressed Arm, but nothing is rolling

  1. Arm prepares the run. Bring the game to the front and press the Start hotkey set in Settings → Hotkeys. Check your own binding rather than assuming a default key.
  2. For On my cursor: Arm, right-click the orb stack without pressing Shift, then press Start. The app already holds Shift after arming.
  3. For From my stash: leave the cursor empty, keep the stash open on the currency tab, and check the saved currency positions. Single-item crafts also need their item slot calibrated.

Clicks miss the item, currency or grid cells

  1. Stop the run before correcting positions. Use windowed or borderless windowed mode and restore the game layout you intend to craft in.
  2. For a stash or inventory sweep, fit the calibration frame to the outside of the actual grid and check that the drawn cell lines align with the game's. Use the appropriate tab and item size.
  3. Calibrate the currency tab and any page-specific item or craft positions too. After changing monitor or resolution, redo the positions the app flags. Check one item under supervision before starting a batch.

The item is not read or its tier looks wrong

  1. Stop and hover the item in game. Press Ctrl+C, then paste into a plain text editor to check what the game actually copied. If no item text appears, first check game focus and the item under the cursor.
  2. Use the English or Russian game client and select the same language in Settings → General → Language. Other client languages are not supported.
  3. Enable Advanced Mod Descriptions in the game's UI options so the copied item includes tier information. If the copied text is correct but the app still misreads it, report that text with the app version and exact Activity message.
Check the game preparation steps

I cannot find the modifier I want

  1. Open the page for the item or crafting method you are using. In Mod DB, check the item slot, base type and influence filters; a filter for another item can hide the mod you want.
  2. Check that the modifier can appear on this base and at its item level. Selecting a target does not make an unavailable modifier rollable.
  3. Use Clipboard for a real copied modifier line, or Custom for your own pattern when appropriate. A custom entry is not proof that the modifier belongs to this item's pool. Choose the lowest acceptable tier: a Mod DB target also accepts better tiers.
Check base types and item levels

The run stops early or keeps rolling after a hit

  1. Read the last Activity message before restarting. A target match, Safety limit or item that stops changing can end the run. Check remaining currency and positions if the item is not changing; do not raise the limit just to hide the symptom.
  2. Review the selected match rule and every target list. Any one and All of them ask for different results. A forbidden modifier can force another roll even when a wanted modifier is present.
  3. With an advanced stash-currency craft, reaching the first target may lead to the next configured stage. Review After the target, Bonus mod and the Exalt allowance in the app's Help → Read the guide before resuming.
